Terms of Service

Last updated: January 1, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TweetXDelete ("Service"), operated ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TweetXDelete is a free web application that allows users to delete tweets, likes, retweets, replies, and direct messages from their X (formerly Twitter) accounts using the official X API. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising revenue.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and must have a valid X account to use the Service. By using TweetXDelete, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Your Responsibility for Deletions

⚠️ Deletions are permanent and irreversible.

You acknowledge that tweet deletions performed through TweetXDelete are permanent. The Company is not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the Service. We strongly recommend downloading your X data archive before performing bulk deletions.

5. X Platform Compliance

TweetXDelete operates in compliance with X's Developer Agreement and Policy. You agree to use the Service only to delete content from your own X account and not to violate X's Terms of Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

  • Using the Service to delete content from accounts you do not own
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service
  • Using automated scripts or bots to access the Service
  • Any use that violates applicable law or X's Terms of Service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all tweets will be successfully deleted (X API rate limits may apply).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TweetXDelete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
